Thank you for your interest in using our Centre.

FOURESS CONTACT SERVICES is located at Wigan House Community Hall, Warwick Grove, Hackney, London, E5 9JB. We are open Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 7.30PM  and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm). The entrance to the centre is by the left hand side of the building with a green gate.

Families wanting to apply for a place will be required to go through the following process:
Attend a meeting at the centre once a completed and signed referral form is received by us.
There will be a separate meetings for resident and non-resident parents.

In the meeting we will do the following:

Gather information about you, your child(ren) and the background to what has happened.
Discussion about the Centre and how we operate.
* Apart from attendance dates and times, no detailed reports are made.

Receive a communication from the Centre
The same communication will be sent to both the resident and non-resident parents.
If we are able to offer your family a place for contact the communication will give details of when it will take place.

Length of time that you will be able to use the Centre for
The Centre will, in the first instance, only offer you 10 sessions of contact.
Additional sessions will be subject to these 10 sessions being completed successfully.

Confirmation
If you have been offered a place you will be required to contact the Centre within three days to confirm your acceptance of it.
